De bouw van vergisters en navergisters voor de bio-methanisatie zijn een doorgedreven specialiteit van Bio Dynamics. Het beton voldoet aan de hoge milieuspecificaties en wordt ter plaatse gestort en hoog-verdicht. In opdracht van het engineering- en adviesbureau of van de klant kunnen de vergisters verder uitgerust worden met: aangrenzend leidingwerk en pompen, houten dek, lining, overdrukventiel, gasmembraan, niveau gasmembraan (gepantenteerd), paddelroerwerk (gepantenteerd), mixers, bio-gasmotor & cogenerator, WKK, sturing (command & control), walking floors, feeding mixers en drogers.
Biogaz
La construction de digesteur et post-digesteur est une spécialité de Bio-Dynamics. Le béton répond à aux normes très exigeantes d'environnement. Coulé sur place, il est vibré efficacement. A la demande du client ou du bureau de conseil ou d'étude, les digesteurs peuvent être équipés de: conduites, toit en bois, ou dalle en béton, isolation, revêtement anti-corrosion, soupapes de sous- et de surpression, bâche membrane, mesure du niveau de la membrane de gaz (breveté), mixeurs à pales, agitateurs (breveté) à voir, systèmes de reprises.
Biogas
The construction of bio-gas plants is an expertise of Bio-Dynamics. The construction of the reinforced concrete digesters or reactors and post-reactors demand a high level of expertise and must comply with high standards. Depending on the project and the customers’ wishes, Bio-Dynamics can deliver next to the digesters and other reception or storage tanks, all adjacent piping, pumps, membranes, feeders, mixers, agitators and other small civil works. Bio-reactors are low pressure, warm temperature anaerobic digesters that convert common biodegradable wastes into methane-gas -called “biogas”. Bio-reactors offer a fourfold benefit: to treat wastes, to produce gas, or to produce electricity and heat, and to produce a nutrient rich fertilizer. The reactors can be integrated on an existing plant and connected to existing piping network. The energy supply (gas or electricity and heat) can be consumed locally or entered into the existing energy infrastructure. Bio-Dynamics uses patented techniques for gas membrane height measurements and agitators.
